Application

Nanoflex® Dura is an innovative ceramic coating / ceramic sealant that offers your car long-lasting protection and a breathtaking shine. To achieve optimum results, application should only be carried out after professional product training or by a specialist.

Preparation of the material

Thorough preparation of the surface is essential before applying the ceramic coating / ceramic sealant in order to achieve optimum results. Make sure that your vehicle is clean, dry and free of dirt.

To do this, wash the vehicle thoroughly with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water to remove dirt, grease and old sealants. Then dry the car completely with a clean cloth. Remove bumps and swirls with polish and sanding paste to ensure a smooth surface and then clean the surface with a degreaser to remove grease residue and improve the adhesion of the sealant.

Wear gloves and a respirator during use to protect yourself from the vapors of the product.

Application of the ceramic coating / ceramic sealant

Apply Nanoflex® Dura to the surface with an applicator pad or a microfiber cloth in circular movements. Allow the sealant to work in for about 2 to 3 minutes. Then work the product into the material using even movements until no more streaks are visible. The sealant must then harden completely.
