Instructions for applying our nano-sealing / nano-sealant to motorhomes
Thorough preparation and precise application of the sealant is of the utmost importance for effective use of our Nanoflex® zero NMR nano-sealing for motorhomes. Below you will find detailed instructions on how best to proceed.
1. preparation
Meticulous preparation of the surface before applying the nano-sealing / nano-sealant is essential to achieve optimum results. First of all, it is crucial to clearly demarcate the areas to be treated from other areas that are not to be sealed. This can be achieved by carefully masking or covering the surrounding surfaces.
The surface must then be thoroughly cleaned without leaving any residue to remove all dirt, oil and grease. After cleaning, you should rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water and allow it to dry completely before you start applying the sealant.
2. application/sealing
Before you apply the nano-sealing / nano-sealant to a large area, we recommend that you first carry out a test on a small sample area. Apply the sealer sparingly in small sections of approx. 50×50 cm, either by gently rubbing it in or by spraying it on. Use approximately 10-25 ml of sealing solution per square meter of motorhome surface.
Polish the treated surface until the coating is evenly applied. The material requires 24 hours at room temperature for the sealant to dry and harden completely. You can recognize a successful seal by the fact that water runs off the entire surface.
If the water beading effect wears off, we recommend refreshing by reapplying the sealing solution.

Specifications:
- Influence of the environment: Avoid use at temperatures below +5°C.
- Dilution: Not required.
- Application quantity: Recommended quantity is about 10 to 25 ml per square meter.
- Drying: Within 60 – 120 minutes at an ambient temperature of +20°C.
- Curing: Complete curing takes 24 hours at an ambient temperature of +20°C.
- Processing temperature: Optimally between +5°C and +25°C.
- Storage and shelf life: Please observe the information on the product label. Store the product tightly closed in the original container, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
- Storage temperature: Ideally between +5°C and +25°C.
